The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, generating business opportunities, and helping clients successfully buy and sell property. Requirements

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Book property viewings and appointments.
• Provide exceptional vendor care throughout the sales process.
• Prospect for property valuations and generate new business opportunities.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Obtain viewing feedback from prospective buyers and communicate updates to vendors.
• Negotiate and secure offers on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
• Assist with the progression of sales where required.
• Support the wider team in achieving company targets and objectives.

Benefits

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily
• Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Time off in lieu arrangements may apply for weekend working in accordance with company policy.
