Role Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a top-performing Sales Executive / Sales Manager who knows how to build pipelines, close big deals, and deepen relationships across the manufacturing, engineering, and machinery sectors. You’ll take full ownership of your territory, your customers, and your results.

This is not a leadership role — it’s a pure sales role for someone who wants to be out in front, winning business, expanding accounts, and smashing targets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving territory growth — expanding and nurturing a strong customer base across Europe & other required territories.
• Owning the full sales process — from prospecting and qualification through to quoting, presenting, and closing.
• Hitting and exceeding £1m+ annual targets — with full autonomy and board-level visibility.
• Building long-term customer partnerships — understanding technical needs and aligning solutions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations — showcasing value with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborating with marketing — ensuring strong lead generation and territory coverage.
• Representing the business at exhibitions across international territories.

Qualifications

• Proven success hitting £1m+ sales targets.
• Strong engineering or technical understanding — ideally from manufacturing, engineering, or machinery sectors.
• High closing rate with evidence of consistent performance.
• Ability to build deep customer relationships and open new doors.
• Comfort travelling across Europe, Asia or The Middle-east.
• A mindset geared toward ownership, accountability, and commercial growth.
