[Hiring] Sales Manager @PRNEWS

Role Description

We’re looking for a Sales Manager - USA to take ownership of Medialister’s sales growth in the US market. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the US sales pipeline - from prospecting and outreach through discovery, negotiation, closing, and developing long-term customer relationships.

You’ll work primarily with PR agencies, digital marketing agencies, publishers, and businesses, while partnering closely with Marketing and leadership to develop the US go-to-market approach and identify new growth opportunities. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys ownership, building relationships, and having a direct impact on a growing business.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and develop relationships with agencies, publishers, and business clients.
• Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into new and recurring revenue.
• Build, manage, and develop a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Work closely with Marketing and leadership on the US go-to-market strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to Medialister’s growth strategy.
• Represent Medialister in virtual meetings, networking events, and occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, media, advertising, PR tech, or publishing.
• A proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience selling to agencies and/or enterprise decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Good understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Familiarity with the US digital marketing, PR, or media landscape.
• A self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and commercial drive.
• Based and authorised to work in the US.

Benefits

• Base salary 60,000-84,000 USD/year, depending on experience and location.
• Target compensation structure of approximately 50% base / 50% variable.
• Fully remote position within the US.
• Occasional business travel, including onboarding visits to Miami.
