[Hiring] Sales Manager @Dyness Europe B.V.

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop Dyness’ residential and 2C business in the Romanian market. This role will focus on residential channel development and 2C retail channel expansion, including customer acquisition, partner management, sales target achievement, and market feedback.

• Develop and execute the Romanian sales plan for residential energy storage and 2C products.
• Achieve sales targets through channel development, key account management, and pipeline conversion.
• Develop residential channels, including distributors, wholesalers, installers, solar retailers, and local energy partners.
• Develop 2C retail channels, including online/offline retailers, marketplaces, and consumer-facing sales platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Support new product introduction, pricing feedback, and go-to-market execution in the Romanian market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and channel dynamics.
• Work closely with Marketing, Service, Product, and HQ teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business review updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in renewable energy, residential storage, solar PV, electrical products, consumer electronics, or related industries.
• Proven Romanian customer resources in residential channels, installer networks, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or consumer energy channels.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and retail business models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, customer development, and internal coordination skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel frequently within Romania and nearby countries; valid driving licence preferred.
