We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Sales Manager. We are specifically seeking a proactive “hunter” profile — a results-driven sales professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building pipelines from scratch, and driving growth through new client acquisition. • Acquisition of new clients as well as maintenance of existing cooperations (B2B)
• Development of individual customer solutions
• Creation of renting offers and contracts
• Support and training of retail partners
• Maintaining your network and representing the company
• Constantly monitoring the regional market situation
• Being responsible for a positive business development

Qualifications

• Business College and some years of professional experience with active B2B customer contact, especially in the service sector
• Hands-on hunter sales experience — proven track record in actively acquiring new customers and winning new business
• Strong field sales background — you are used to being out in the market, meeting customers, creating opportunities, and building relationships face-to-face
• High number affinity, basic knowledge in the annual financial statements analysis
• Distinctive customer and service orientation as well as sales strength in recognizing customer potential
• Strong communication skills and pleasure to deal with people
• Very well-organized and goal-oriented way of working
• Enforcement and negotiating skills
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Fluent in English, German is beneficial
• Driving licence class B
