Role Description

Eko Green Industrial is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand Eko Green Industrial market presence.
• Identify and engage potential clients in the aviation, industrial, and energy sectors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting key metrics and progress regularly.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in aviation, industrial services, or technical B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple accounts effectively.
• Experience using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and digital outreach strategies.
• Understanding of nondestructive testing (NDT) and engine services is a plus.
