[Hiring] Sales Manager @AVILOO GmbH

Role Description

Take full ownership of the Danish market: You are AVILOO's first and only dedicated resource on the ground in Denmark.

• Independently sell the AVILOO FLASH Test to leasing companies, auction houses, large vehicle dealers, inspection bodies, and automotive manufacturers.
• Build the Denmark sales pipeline from the ground up. This is genuinely untouched territory, so early traction and low-hanging fruit are yours to capture.
• Identify and recruit local sales partners.
• Own the full cycle: acquisition, quoting, contract negotiation, and commercial order handling.
• Represent AVILOO at relevant national trade fairs and customer events.
• Manage ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
• Work closely with our Sales team and Chief Sales Officer, even while operating independently day-to-day.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing) to support your market build-up.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years in a national or field sales capacity.
• Automotive industry background preferred, ideally with an existing network spanning trade to fleet (not a must, but a strong advantage).
• Comfortable being the only person on the ground, while staying connected to and supported by a team in the background.
• A hunter by nature with a strong team mindset: customer acquisition is in your blood while you enjoy teamwork and are there to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• Enjoy communication and building relationships from scratch.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
• Confident in a highly dynamic, self-directed and self-managed environment.
• Confident presence, solution-oriented thinking.
• Personal and entrepreneurial success drive you to push past your limits.
• Enthusiasm for using AI to work faster, more precisely, and more efficiently.
• A general affinity for technical products and e-mobility is a plus.
