Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and own the day-to-day execution of our sales organization. We need someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, coaching people, inspecting the details, and holding a team accountable while still being strategic enough to know when and where to get involved.
You will manage a team of four sales representatives, with the opportunity to build and grow the team as the business expands. Your focus will be on:

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team and support team growth.

Establish a consistent sales cadence through huddles, team meetings, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s.

Set clear goals, hold reps accountable, and create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Coach and develop reps on selling skills, prospecting, account strategy, deal execution, and customer relationships.

Maintain accurate HubSpot pipelines, ensuring opportunities, activities, next steps, and close dates are up to date.

Own sales forecasting, monitor pipeline health and metrics, and identify risks, trends, and opportunities.

Support strategic and high-value deals by coaching reps, joining customer meetings, and helping move complex opportunities forward.

Recruit and hire sales talent and build a structured onboarding and training program for new hires.

Partner with marketing to improve campaigns, inbound lead management, lead follow-up, and conversion.

Provide leadership with clear, data-driven updates on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
-
3β5+ years of direct experience managing a B2B sales team.
-
Proven track record of leading sales reps and holding teams accountable to measurable goals.

Experience selling ERP, IT services, managed services, cloud solutions, technology consulting, or similar complex B2B services.

Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.

Hands-on experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts in a CRM; HubSpot preferred.

Strong experience coaching, developing, and managing sales representatives.

Experience conducting 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management.

Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring sales professionals.

Strong understanding of complex, consultative B2B sales cycles and strategic deal management.

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and remote leadership skills, with a metrics-driven approach to sales management.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into the JD Edwards ecosystem.

Existing knowledge of ERP, cloud, managed services, or IT consulting markets.

Experience with HubSpot, Vidyard, and/or ZoomInfo.

Experience building sales onboarding or enablement programs from the ground up.

Experience managing a distributed or remote sales team.

Experience working closely with marketing on demand generation and inbound lead conversion.
