Your Impact

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio and driving business growth within assigned territories. You will identify new market opportunities, win new customers, and build strategic relationships that contribute directly to STARTEAM's long-term success.

Working closely with customers and internal teams worldwide, you will guide projects from initial opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation, and mass production launch.

What You Will Do

• Business Development & Growth
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Generate and qualify leads, turning potential customers into long-term business partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition and increase conversion rates from prospect to customer.
  • Expand business share within newly acquired and existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
  • Support customer audits and represent STARTEAM professionally at all times.
• Market Presence & Industry Networking
  • Represent STARTEAM at international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Strengthen market visibility and generate new business opportunities through active networking.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams globally.
  • Share customer feedback, market developments, and technical requirements to ensure alignment and business success.
  • Support the successful execution of customer projects from RFQ stage through mass production.
• Performance Management
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PCB technology and rich sales expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and generate sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
