[Hiring] Sales Manager @Fyorin

Role Description

We’re looking for a high-potential Account Executive who is ready to step up. You may currently be an SDR but you're already carrying targets and hungry for more responsibility.

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Proactively source and close new business through outbound efforts and inbound follow-ups
• Deliver high-impact product demos and tailor conversations to financial decision-makers
• Run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiating and closing
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and the wider teams with Fyorin
• Record sales activity in the CRM and maintain accurate data for forecasting and reporting
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and helping them scale with Fyorin
• Constantly learn and adapt — our culture is built on curiosity, teamwork, and resilience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR or Junior AE) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong interest or experience in fintech or financial products (FX, payments, virtual cards, etc.)
• Experience selling to or engaging with Finance professionals (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, Treasury)
• A go-getter mentality with the ability to work independently and own your pipeline
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, startup environment
• Driven by growth — personally and professionally
