[Hiring] Sales Lead @Clara

Role Description

We're looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Querétaro. This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across Mexico through smarter financial tools.

• Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Replicate proven playbooks.
• Take full ownership of your territory’s success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments.
• Proven background in B2B tech companies, with a deep understanding of financial decision-making in large organizations.
• Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
• Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Background in fintech & banking selling financial products such as credit, payments, treasury, or corporate cards.
• Experience replicating sales best practices across regions or teams.
• Background working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Finance).
• Familiarity with Salesloft or Scrabin.
• Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn.
