Role Description

Join our market-leading HVAC sales team as a Summer Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales within the HVAC industry, where you'll learn essential skills while contributing to real projects that drive our organization's success. As an HVAC Sales Intern, you'll work closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining insights into HVAC systems, customer needs, and market dynamics. Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Representatives: Support sales representatives in various sales activities, including but not limited to analyzing mechanical drawings and reading specifications.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor analysis tailored to the HVAC sector.
• Sales Collateral Development: Aid in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals customized for HVAC solutions.
• Project Summary Assistance: Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all HVAC-related leads and interactions are documented.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with HVAC customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide technical information, and guide them through the sales process.
• Sales Reporting: Assist in generating HVAC sales reports and analyzing data to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth within the HVAC market.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HVAC technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless delivery of HVAC solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical HVAC information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage HVAC sales documentation and customer data accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Enthusiasm for the HVAC industry and a desire to learn about HVAC systems, products, and sales strategies.
