Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our Yelo sales team as International Sales Representatives. The role involves:

• Connecting with fresh leads assigned on a daily basis and initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers.
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects and generate interest in Yelo.
• Understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating Yelo's product offerings and value proposition.
• Identifying qualified prospects and generating opportunities for product demonstrations.
• Maintaining consistent engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Working towards monthly targets for qualified leads, opportunities, product demos, and successful closures.
• Maintaining accurate lead records, updating CRM statuses, and tracking follow-up activities.
• Coordinating with relevant team members to ensure smooth lead progression and effective pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-calling, or lead generation is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an aptitude for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with international prospects.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Ability to manage daily outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Comfortable working UK business hours.
