As Sales Executive for the Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts within the geographical area. Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales within the assigned market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.

Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Training and Development:
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge. Provide training and support to key accounts as needed to ensure they are well-informed about our offerings.
Qualifications

Business related degree preferable but not essential

Demonstrable experience in sales or account management, preferably within the collision repair industry

Experience in distribution sales management

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of the Irish collision repair market and industry trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)

Travel expectations: may include up to 70% in the assigned territory
