[Hiring] Sales Executive @Ithina Limited

Role Description

• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — across Northern and Western Europe /or US
• Target and win Tier 2 & Tier 3 retailers, supporting selected Tier 1 accounts
• Identify and develop strategic business development opportunities through market analysis, partner engagement and proactive networking to drive pipeline growth and expand Ithina's presence across target markets
• Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C‑level)
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals and value‑driven business cases
• Own account and territory plans aligned with Ithina’s sales strategy
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Work closely with pre‑sales, product marketing, finance and customer success
• Represent Ithina at key industry events, trade fairs and networking forums
• Engage confidently with IT, digital, and transformation teams to position Ithina’s platform as a scalable, secure, and service-based solution

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue results
• Experience in retail AI solution technology, enterprise software, SaaS, or similar B2B tech
• Strong success selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions at senior levels
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a strong advantage
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
