[Hiring] Sales Executive @Exceed Human Resource Consultants

Role Description

An exciting new opportunity has opened up to join us as a sales executive. As a growing company, there are great opportunities for progression and growth. It is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their knowledge and gain new skills. This will be a full-time role Monday-Friday between 9:00-17:30. The role is purely phone based and not face-to-face sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
• Provide tailored advice and convert leads into bookings
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in our bespoke CRM
• Ensure smooth handovers to other teams
• Maintain a knowledge of our services and provide a high-end service to all prospective customers
• Maintain communication with our referrers and partners, ensuring they are kept informed about the progression of their referral
• Work within a high-performance, supportive team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service-based sales experience (required)
• Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent phone manner and written communication
• Background in property or estate agency preferred
