[Hiring] Sales Engineer – Electronic Connectors & Precision Stamping @Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd

Role Description

Now they are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Sales Engineer based in Thailand to drive local direct sales business, develop new customer resources, maintain existing client partnerships, and deliver professional technical sales solutions. This role integrates technical consultation, business development, and customer account management, undertaking full-cycle sales work to achieve company sales targets and sustainable business growth in the Thailand market.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution & Consulting: Understand customer technical requirements, provide professional interconnect product solutions, and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• New Business Development: Develop new end customers in automotive, medical, telecom, and related manufacturing industries, execute full-cycle sales work including customer visits, negotiation and quotation, and achieve annual sales targets.
• Proposal & Project Coordination: Handle customer RFQs efficiently, collaborate with internal engineering teams to complete project proposals and follow up project progress.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain stable communication with existing customers, resolve product and service issues timely, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Data & Daily Administration: Update sales pipeline regularly, submit weekly sales reports and accurate sales forecasts, and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales engineering experience in automotive, medical, telecom or related manufacturing sectors.
• Prior experience with interconnect/electromechanical products and deep understanding of precision stamping parts, injection molded parts, custom structural parts and high/low voltage connectors are highly preferred.
• Strong sales engineering and technical support skills, capable of translating professional product technology into practical customer solutions.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Thai with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license and personal car, available for frequent on-site customer visits and local travel.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, proactive, resilient and capable of independent market development.
