[Hiring] Sales Director - AI & Data Services @Vistatec

Role Description

As demand for enterprise AI continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead business development across North America and drive revenue growth for our AI and Data Services portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business at the forefront of AI innovation, working directly with enterprise customers as they transform how they use data and AI to create value.

• Drive new business growth across North America.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including AI, Data, Technology, and Business leaders.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Identify and develop opportunities across technology, software, automotive, healthcare, financial services, and other AI-intensive industries.
• Partner with internal solution and delivery teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
• Represent Vistatec at industry events, customer meetings, and executive engagements.
• Contribute market insights and customer feedback to support business growth and product development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience.
• 5+ years selling enterprise AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics, Digital Transformation, Technology Services, or related solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals.
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 organizations.
• History of developing executive-level relationships and selling strategic solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise sales opportunities ranging from $500K to $10M+.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience selling AI training data services or AI operations solutions.
• Experience selling managed services and recurring revenue solutions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and enterprise AI deployment challenges.
• Existing relationships within major technology, software, AI, automotive, or digital platform companies.
• Familiarity with major AI, cloud, and technology ecosystems.
