Role Description

As Sales Director – Middle East, you will own the commercial results for a fast-growing, multi-country region built from several Sales Manager teams across markets including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq. You'll set the region's business plan, allocate resources across your teams, and be the escalation point for our most strategic accounts and distributor relationships. Above all, you will coach the coaches: developing your Sales Managers into stronger leaders so that the coaching cadence they run with their own reps is real, not just reported.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the region's revenue, account health, and pipeline coverage, and defend forecast reliability with the VP Global Sales.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers / National Sales Managers, reviewing their team results alongside their own coaching cadence.
• Set the regional business plan, allocate quota and resources across Sales Manager teams, and resolve account-tiering or resource disputes.
• Act as the senior escalation point for the region's most strategic accounts and distributor relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage the performance of Sales Managers.
• Run the region's pipeline and forecast discipline through Salesforce, holding managers accountable to data-driven cadence.
• Travel regularly across the region to meet Sales Managers, key accounts, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or an equivalent technical discipline; a Master's degree or relevant management training is an asset.
• 10+ years of combined sales and people-leadership experience in animal feed, feed additives, or animal production, including direct experience managing managers.
• A track record of building or strengthening a sales manager's coaching cadence and developing managers into stronger coaches.
• Experience owning a regional revenue plan and defending forecast reliability to senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of animal nutrition and feed production systems across dairy, poultry, swine, beef, or aquaculture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Bilingual as required by the region (English plus Arabic and/or the local business language); additional regional languages are an asset.
• Grounding in structured sales methodologies.
• A genuine passion for developing leaders, strong business judgment, and the cultural agility to operate across diverse Middle East markets.
