Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. An experienced Sales Development & Sales Operations Virtual Assistant is needed to help build and execute its outbound sales process targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.

The VA will support the sales process from:

• Target-account research
• Outbound prospecting
• Appointment setting
• CRM management
• Post-call follow-up

The ideal candidate has strong B2B outbound experience, understands multi-channel sales sequences and cadence, communicates exceptionally well, and can take ownership of sales follow-through with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• B2B outbound prospecting experience required
• Outbound calling and appointment-setting experience required
• Multi-channel outreach experience required
• Strong spoken and written English required
• CRM and pipeline-management experience required
• HubSpot experience strongly preferred
• Apollo experience strongly preferred
• Experience prospecting to mid-market or enterprise companies strongly preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting strongly preferred
• Experience preparing sales follow-ups and proposals is a plus
• Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small sales team is a plus

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident communicating with mid-market and enterprise prospects
• Strong understanding of outbound cadence, sequencing, and multi-channel prospecting
• Energetic, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls and representing the company professionally
• Able to research and understand the client's business before conducting outreach
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management habits
• Comfortable becoming an integrated member of a small, collaborative team
• Able to use AI tools productively while maintaining natural and personalized communication
