Role Description

each::labs is a startup - which means things move fast and no two days look the same. We are looking for an SDR Intern who wants to learn what real B2B sales looks like from the inside. Not theory. Not role-play. Real outreach, real prospects, real feedback.

You will sit alongside the sales team, get your hands dirty with outbound, and leave knowing whether sales is the career you want to build - and with proof that you can do it.

Qualifications

• Are in your final year of university or recently graduated.
• Are genuinely curious about sales, AI, or tech - not just looking for any internship.
• Write clearly and concisely in English - no fluff, no buzzwords.
• Are proactive: you do not wait to be told what to do next.
• Handle rejection well - or are willing to learn how.
• Want to understand how revenue actually gets built at a startup.

Requirements

• Generate leads for the sales team - that is the main objective.
• Use modern GTM tools to run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
• Research accounts and build prospect lists from scratch.
• Write outbound emails and LinkedIn messages under the guidance of the sales team.
• Shadow first calls and meetings.
• Help qualify inbound leads coming through the website.
• Keep the CRM updated and the pipeline clean.
