Role Description
Our Clients are seeking proactive, resilient Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and full-cycle Account Executives (AEs) to manage customer acquisition and pipeline execution. Whether focusing on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting, or guiding prospects through full-cycle discovery, presentations, and closing, these professionals serve as the primary growth engine for their assigned account. Operating full-time during core U.S. business hours, sales team members combine cold outreach grit with pristine CRM discipline to consistently achieve activity and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Prospecting, Cold Outreach & Discovery

Conducts high-volume outbound prospecting across telephone, email, and automated CRM sequences to engage decision-makers.

Performs initial discovery calls to qualify inbound inquiries and cold prospects against client ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

Presents value propositions clearly, handles objections, and moves qualified opportunities efficiently through the sales pipeline.

Pipeline Management & CRM Hygiene

Maintains clean, accurate, and up-to-date opportunity records across CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar tools).

Tracks lead activity, follow-up schedules, and deal stages to ensure zero prospect drop-off throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborates directly with U.S.-based sales directors, marketing leads, and executive founders via regular pipeline syncs.

Goal Attainment & Performance Execution

Consistently meets or exceeds key outbound activity metrics, including daily call volumes, email sequences, discovery bookings, and revenue quotas.

Adapts pitch messaging based on market feedback, prospect objections, and campaign performance analytics.
Qualifications

Sales Track Record: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or Account Management roles (small-to-midsize company experience preferred).

Fluent English Communication: Advanced spoken and written English skills with complete comfort conducting direct, client-facing phone calls with U.S. decision-makers.

Outreach Resilience: Demonstrated comfort with cold calling, cold email outreach, and the daily persistence required in sales prospecting.

CRM Familiarity: Working knowledge of modern sales CRMs and communication platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or equivalent).

Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work full-time hours aligned with core U.S. business time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to U.S. small-to-midsize businesses (SMBs) across home services, healthcare, automotive, or SaaS verticals.
