Role Description

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive HireGummy's growth in the US market. This role requires someone with outstanding communication skills, a strong understanding of the US business landscape, and a proven ability to generate opportunities through proactive outbound sales.

• Identify potential clients and initiate conversations with decision-makers.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and book qualified discovery calls for our sales team.
• Focus initially on US dental practices and Dental Coordinator placements.
• Work across medical clinics, insurance businesses, and other service offerings as HireGummy expands.
• Generate opportunities primarily through your own prospecting efforts.
• Communicate confidently with US business owners and handle objections effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SDR or BDR.
• Mandatory experience working with or selling into the US market.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Confidence communicating with US business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong experience with high-volume outbound sales, particularly cold calling.
• Excellent objection-handling and lead qualification skills.
• A numbers-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent CRM management.
• Full availability during US business hours.

Compensation & Commission Structure

• Base salary along with an uncapped commission structure.
• Meeting Bonus: A flat bonus for every qualified discovery call booked.
• Closed Deal Commission: USD 100 per sale for the first three closed deals; commission doubles for sales beyond the first three.
• Monthly Target Bonus: An additional flat bonus for achieving or exceeding monthly qualified meetings target.
• No cap on earning potential; more qualified opportunities lead to more earnings.

How We Measure Success

• Outbound activity: calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches.
• Speed and consistency of inbound lead follow-ups.
• Percentage of opportunities generated through your own prospecting.
• Qualified discovery calls booked and successfully attended.
• Meeting-to-client conversion rates.
• Overall contribution to new client acquisition.
