Role Description

Build a strategic partner network through high-quality introductions and outbound prospecting for a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup.

Remote (South Africa) | Remote | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time, including a 1-hour lunch break | R25,000 per month + Commission and Bonuses

The Sales Development Representative will serve as the face of the company and play a key role in driving network acquisition. The role focuses on:

• Outbound prospecting
• Cold calling
• Confidently pitching the company’s offerings
• Booking qualified partner meetings
• Executing account penetration strategies

The position offers structured pathways to scale into closing roles or team leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and booking meetings
• Ability to confidently pitch services and products
• Self-sufficient with minimal need for hand-holding
• Meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • A top university background
  • Experience at reputable/high-quality companies
  • Notable personal achievements outside of work
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude is desirable
• Experience with custom CRMs is desirable
• Experience with outbound platforms such as Reply and Apollo is desirable
• Partnership experience within services industries such as accounting, law, or recruitment is desirable
