Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level, high-impact role responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the EMEA sales organisation. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. It is an ideal opportunity for a driven, competitive, early-career professional looking to build a career in SaaS sales.

Location: United Kingdom — remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts within capital-intensive industries, including construction, infrastructure, energy, and utilities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
• Develop messaging tailored to industry pain points and buyer personas.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaigns and account strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting.
• Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Gong, Glean, Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred.
