Role Description

We're looking for a high-energy, Outbound-first Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a role designed for someone who wants to be the face of SpotDraft with prospects and at industry events.

• Orchestrate complex outreach across social, phone, and in-person channels.
• Experience navigating the nuances of legal-tech or other complex enterprise business workflows.
• Be part of a scaling B2B SaaS rocket ship.

Qualifications

• 1.5–4 years of SDR experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, preferably selling to Legal, GCs, or Procurement.
• A background in high-stakes workflow solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Outbound mentality.
• Field readiness.
• AI literacy.

Requirements

• Build and execute a multi-channel strategy (cold call, social, video, and email) to penetrate high-value accounts.
• Represent SpotDraft at major industry events and networking meetups.
• Conduct discovery calls with legal, operations, or other business leaders.
• Identify key stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Maintain a pristine record of all interactions in our CRM.
