[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) / Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. This is a hands-on outbound sales role focused on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and meeting generation.

You’ll research prospective companies and decision-makers, start conversations with potential customers, communicate the company’s value proposition, qualify interest, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. If you’re comfortable with outbound outreach, motivated by targets, and enjoy turning cold prospects into sales conversations, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with prospective customers
• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to qualify prospects and book sales meetings
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools preferred
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward activity and performance KPIs
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-work setup
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Requirements

• B2B sales or business development experience (nice to have)
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and cold email (nice to have)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (nice to have)
• Experience using sales prospecting or lead-generation tools (nice to have)
• Previous experience booking meetings for Account Executives (nice to have)
• Experience working in a KPI-driven remote sales environment (nice to have)
