Role Description

The client is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. This role combines:

• Responding to warm leads
• Preparing estimates
• Qualifying opportunities
• Closing sales
• Proactive outreach to luxury interior design firms to generate new business relationships

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable working with high-end clients, and has the drive to develop into a full-cycle sales professional. Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to balance customer service with business development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or a related customer-facing role
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, professional speaking style
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with CRMs and general computer applications
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity
• Basic math skills, including the ability to verify square footage calculations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

• Experience working with luxury clientele or premium service industries
• Previous experience selling home improvement, remodeling, construction, interior design, furniture, or related services
• Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, or builders
• Familiarity with reading basic construction or architectural floor plans
• Experience using Housecall Pro or similar CRM platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
• Experience working remotely with international teams

Benefits

• Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 USD/month base + uncapped commission (OTE: $2,500+/month)
• Full-time position with a work schedule of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Target start date: ASAP
