Role Description
As we continue to build our Sales team locally, we are looking for several ‘full-stack’ Sales. You can call it Sales, Business development... What is important for us is the mission: help companies transition to a more personal, proactive and holistic health partner.

Drive deals, manage key customer relationships, and help close strategic opportunities with prospects.

Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demonstrations, and onboard companies’ key stakeholders.

Understand, embrace, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.

Make the prospect experience pleasant, instructive, and delightful.

Look at the big picture and help grow and improve the company.

Challenge us to improve our product(s), methods, and strategy.

Qualifications

Passionate about sales.

Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing roles (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus.

Strong written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Dutch).

Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.

Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.

Able to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.

Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team.
Requirements

Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives.

Develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries.

Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.

Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM.

Realize a quick lead qualification before allocating the leads to an Account Executive.

Represent our company’s products with a deep understanding and consumer research.

Increase ownership of engaging with clients and closing deals.
