[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Hatch

Role Description

Hatch is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team. This role is best suited for an outlier who leans into doing the hard work, operates in fast feedback loops, and learns on the fly. You will engage with customers using a variety of outbound tactics and leverage a Go-To-Market tech stack.

• Work with our sales team to identify, source, and book productive conversations with business owners as well as marketing and sales executives.
• Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.
• Identify opportunities to learn and advance within the revenue team at Hatch or beyond.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 or more years of outbound sales experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Customer-first sales approach.
• Life-long learner mindset.
• Thrive while working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Driven, persistent, and ambitious.
• Experience with services businesses (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus.
