[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Amperon

Role Description

As the first point of contact for Amperon’s future clients, you’ll ensure a world-class experience from the very first interaction. Serving electricity markets across the UK and EU, you’ll generate new opportunities, create lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is an Account Executive track position with a competitive base and uncapped commission potential in a market hungry for innovation.

• Identifying high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting in your territory
• Qualifying prospects by uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities where Amperon can deliver value
• Engaging prospects with clear, compelling communication and build relationships that generate new business
• Researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position Amperon effectively
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in HubSpot

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience, ideally in the energy or power markets, with a track record of top performance
• Coachable and eager to learn, with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Competitive drive and resilience, balanced with strong collaboration skills
• Clear communicator who is highly motivated, efficient, and passionate about Amperon’s mission
