Role Description
You will help small businesses launch, grow, and succeed online. As the first point of contact, you’ll guide prospects through their digital journey, bringing clarity, confidence, and value in every interaction. You’ll connect with thousands of SMBs, turning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into growth.

Educate customers:
on their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence and benefits of search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and social media marketing.

Discovery & Needs Analysis:
Identify gaps in customers’ online presence through effective discovery and strategic questioning.

Sales Execution:
Operate and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment using multiple systems, including internal CRMs, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools.

Team Collaboration:
Partner with team members to identify creative ways to improve performance and drive results.

Own Outbound Pipeline Creation:
Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs.

Execute a True Hunting Motion:
Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost.

Drive New Logo Acquisition:
Focus on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market.

Position Value, Not Just Product:
Act as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth.

Maintain High Activity & Performance:
Consistently hit daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated).

Handle Objections & Close with Confidence:
Navigate competitive conversations and close with urgency and integrity.

Cross-Functional Partnership:
Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve performance and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Competitive, driven, and motivated to win—individually and as a team.

You’re a self-starter with a strong business acumen to think on your feet creatively to solve customer’s needs.
