[Hiring] Sales Development Executive @IRIS North America

Role Description

It’s an exciting time at IRIS Software Group as in the past 18 months, we have more than TRIPLED our employee headcount in North America. We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven Sales Executive to further build on the relationships with Accounting and Payroll firms in the US. The role is designed to form solid partnerships with firms nationwide by presenting and selling our new payroll processing software and managed service.

• Build Trusted Partnerships with CPA firms & Payroll Service Bureaus.
• Gain understanding of our accountants and payroll client’s needs and requirements.
• Successfully serve customers and prospects, targeting to create a customer for life.
• Be responsible for the entire sales process – this is a closing role.
• Continually develop your consultative sales skills & product knowledge.
• Occasionally attend trade shows/seminars or participate in conferences.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a Payroll/HCM software sales role.
• Experience selling payroll products or services (preferred, not essential).
• Ability to explain complex and technical issues clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with developing new account prospects and clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone.
• Strong communication skills.
• Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
