Role Description

You will be the difference between a good idea and a closed deal.

We are looking for a full-time, remote Sales Coordinator to become the engine behind our sales process. This role blends detailed, high-volume administrative work with real business development responsibility. You will:

• Keep our inboxes, calendars, and CRM airtight.
• Keep deals alive and the pipeline honest.
• Manage day-to-day communications.
• Build proposals and chase down leads.
• Run our CRM and manage our LinkedIn presence.
• Become the connective tissue between prospecting and delivery.

Do this well, and there is a real path to a commissioned sales role.

You will be trained rigorously and personally, learning how we think about leadership, sales, and client relationships from the inside.

Requirements

• Manage co-founders' inboxes and communication.
• Build Design Documents and Proposals from templates.
• Learn pricing matrix for accurate scoping of engagements.
• Turn referrals into booked sales calls.
• Prospect and build qualified leads through LinkedIn.
• Reconnect with past clients to re-activate relationships.
• Manage co-founders' LinkedIn presence.
• Own sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Provide primary sales support for both co-founders.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery team.
• Get to know clients and prospects to flag potential issues.
