Role Description
Do you have a knack for sparking action and helping customers cross the finish line? We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Coordinator to join us for a 2-3 month contract focused on customer activation. Your mission is simple but critical: connect with newly signed customers who haven't yet started their journey and get them scheduled with our technical implementation team. Youβll be the bridge that turns a signup into a successful, secure implementation, ensuring our customers realize the value of Paubox as quickly as possible.

Drive customer adoption by proactively reaching out to customers who have not yet implemented our solutions to drive urgency and engagement.

Craft and send personalized emails and conduct light follow-ups to encourage customers to take the next step.

Assist customers in getting booked on the implementation teamβs calendar via scheduling links.

Identify and remove blockers such as timing issues, internal ownership confusion, or general questions about the next steps for customers.

Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless handoff for scheduled onboarding sessions.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts and success rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of this new activation motion.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal skills with a talent for professional "persistent-but-polite" follow-up.

A self-starter mindset focused on meeting booking targets and moving customers through the journey.

Ability to quickly learn the Paubox product suite and use modern scheduling and CRM tools.

The ability to understand a customer's specific situation and provide the right nudge to get them back on track.

Ability to work a flexible schedule of 20β30 hours per week with significant overlap during US business hours.
Requirements

Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in sales, customer success, or account management.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for tracking outreach.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you can help define and refine new processes.
