Role Description

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.

Position: Sales Representatives, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Except Technical and Scientific Products

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 4–6 weeks

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales conversations and workflows for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI responses based on customer relevance, negotiation soundness, and sales effectiveness.
• Review sales scenarios involving pricing, product recommendations, and order handling.
• Provide expert feedback on post-sale support to enhance AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B wholesale or manufacturing sales roles.
• Experience selling non-technical wholesale or manufactured goods.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.
