[Hiring] Sales Consultant @No Greater Time

Role Description

No Greater Time is seeking experienced sales and business professionals for a fully remote, commission-only sales role. This independent contractor role focuses exclusively on direct customer sales. The role is suited to self-motivated professionals who are comfortable generating customer inquiries, conducting consultative conversations, and managing their own sales activity and follow-up.

This is not salaried employment. There is no base salary or hourly wage. Compensation is earned solely from completed customer sales and varies according to the educational program purchased and the contractor’s individual results.

What You Will Do

• Complete role-specific onboarding and ongoing product and sales-process training.
• Learn and apply established digital marketing and customer-development systems.
• Generate and manage customer inquiries through professional online marketing and outreach.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospective customers’ goals and needs.
• Explain relevant educational programs accurately and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective customers and answer questions throughout their decision process.
• Assist customers who choose to purchase and enroll in an educational program.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, conversations, and sales activity.
• Operate independently while following applicable policies, approved materials, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, leadership, management, consulting, training, HR, customer success, or another client-facing field is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• A professional, consultative approach to customer conversations.
• The ability to build trust and rapport without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with generating and managing your own sales activity.
• The ability to work independently while following established systems and processes.
• Reliable internet and telephone access and an appropriate remote working environment.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor role. There is no base salary or hourly wage. Commissions begin at US$1,828 for a completed entry-level product sale. Depending on the educational program purchased, certain completed customer sales can generate commissions of US$5,000 or more. The number and value of completed sales will vary. No number of sales, level of income, or annual earnings is promised or guaranteed. Individual results depend on personal activity, skills, customer demand, completed sales, and other factors.

Important Information

This is an independent contractor retail sales role, not salaried employment. Compensation is earned exclusively from the contractor’s completed retail customer sales. Optional business-support tools are available at the contractor’s expense. Selecting all available tools may cost approximately US$153 per month. Purchasing these tools is not a condition of eligibility or compensation. Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules, sales activity, applicable expenses, and tax obligations.
