Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced sales coach to work with students and professionals building careers in sales. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in B2B sales, sales strategy, closing techniques, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
• Guiding students through CRM automation, outbound automation, and applying AI agents and AI fundamentals to modern sales workflows.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including:
  • Resume review
  • Cover letters
  • LinkedIn review
  • Interview prep
  • Salary negotiation
  • Promotion strategy
  • Networking strategy
  • Freelancing for those pursuing independent work

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in sales
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• Clear, structured approach to breaking down tactical and strategic sales concepts
