Role Description
As a sales associate in our Sports Medicine specialty, you’ll be the face of Stryker products. You will be assisting Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products. Your responsibilities include:

Educating and informing doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.

Providing updates on product functionality, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.

Tailoring Stryker’s promotional message based on knowledge of the customer.

Advising on appropriate product selection and answering customer questions about product functionality.

Distinguishing Stryker products from competitors' products.

Adjusting your time to focus on what brings the most value to customers and the market.
You’ll have the privilege to represent one of the world’s leading medical device brands and impact patient care.
Qualifications

0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred).

B.A. or B.S. degree required.

Field sales training - In-field training.

Successful completion of in-house product training program.

Up to 20% overnight travel annually.

Ability to drive an automobile.

Capability to negotiate price and terms of transactions.

Ability to solve customer complaints and questions.

Command of all products, including functionality and features.

Ability to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.

$60,000 for salary + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 50%.
