[Hiring] Sales and Business Development Associate @NewMind AI

Role Description

We are looking for a curious, driven Business Development Associate to help bring NewMind AI to enterprises, first in Türkiye and then around the world. We care most about how you think, how you communicate and how much you want to learn.

• Find the right companies: Research industries and target accounts — first in Türkiye, then in international markets — in banking and financial services, construction and infrastructure, energy and legal-intensive organizations, and identify the people worth talking to.
• Start conversations: Reach out through email, LinkedIn, events and referrals, and book first meetings for our team.
• Run discovery: Learn to ask good questions, understand a company's challenges and qualify whether NewMind AI can genuinely help.
• Support live deals: Prepare proposals, presentations and follow-ups, and join customer meetings alongside senior team members.
• Keep things organized: Maintain our CRM, track pipeline and share clear updates with the team.
• Bring back what you hear: Share market and customer insights with our product and research teams.
• Grow: As you learn, take on more ownership — from your own accounts to your own deals.

Qualifications

• A background in AI — through your studies, projects or work — with a solid grasp of concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, retrieval and knowledge graphs, and a genuine interest in how AI changes the way companies work.
• Excellent written and spoken English; you can explain complex ideas simply and confidently.
• Self-motivation and ownership: you work well independently in a remote setup and follow through.
• Comfort reaching out to people you don't know, and resilience when the answer is no.
• Organized, detail-oriented and quick to learn new tools.
• Willingness to overlap a few working hours with us.

Requirements

• A degree or coursework in business, economics, engineering, computer science, law or a related field.
• Internships, student clubs, projects or side ventures where you sold, pitched or organized something.
• Interest in banking, finance, energy, construction or legal industries.
• Turkish language skills, or additional languages beyond English.
