Role Description

As a Sales agent for Made by Ellingsen, you will be responsible for promoting our services to potential customers, facilitating negotiations and sales. You will be the face of the company, tasked with fulfilling customer requests, providing them with all the information and support they need, and introducing them to our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer files, ensuring that returning customers are served to the best level possible, and finding ways to reach potential new customers.

Qualifications

• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Strong knowledge of industry standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers
• Hold live conferences and pitches to potential customers
• Maintain a customer database and routinely track their status
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Identify and respond to client needs
• Follow up on customer orders as necessary
• Inform the management and the creatives about sales
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Strive to improve our internal sales strategies
• Always strive to improve your sales pitch
