Role Description

Looking for a remote career with real earning potential? Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives to support nationally recognised telecommunications and home service brands. This is a W-2 employee position with paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission opportunities.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment

Qualifications

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are coachable and eager to learn
• Thrive in goal-oriented environments
• Demonstrate resilience and professionalism
• Can effectively multitask using multiple computer applications
• Have basic to intermediate computer skills
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Applicants must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screening where applicable
• This is a Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE) position
• Applicants must have:
• Windows 11 computer
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• USB headset
• Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions
• Company equipment is not provided
