Role Description

Apex Life Advisors is expanding our sales team, and we're looking to hire a few high-performing inside sales advisors to join our team! In this full-time sales role, you'll speak with individuals who have already requested information about insurance coverage and help them understand the options available to them. You'll follow a proven system that keeps things organized and straightforward, while still giving you the flexibility to run your day, build momentum, and create your own success.

• Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
• Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
• Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
• Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
• Participate in training and skill development

Qualifications

• Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain before starting
• Ability to pass a background check with no felonies
• Strong communication skills
• Self-discipline and time management
• Ability to follow a structured process

Requirements

• The average full-time Apex producer earns $60,000 to $108,000 per year, with top full-time sales producers typically earning more
• Pay is tied to individual production and results and is based on submitted applications and issued policies
• Production bonuses and incentive trips are offered regularly
• No caps on commissions
• Flexible working hours
