[Hiring] Consultative Sales & Growth Advisor @Scale Sales Teams

Role Description

Scale Sales Teams is expanding its Atlanta, GA city team and is looking for a full-time sales professional who can guide qualified prospects through thoughtful business conversations. This is a fully remote Sales position built for someone who communicates clearly, listens carefully, follows a process, and takes ownership of moving legitimate opportunities forward.

The sales infrastructure is already in place. Scale Sales Teams has established prospecting systems, appointment infrastructure, sales frameworks, AI-assisted client-acquisition methods, and ongoing support. Your focus is to execute well inside an existing system and make the most of scheduled prospect conversations.

You will spend your time:

• Understanding what a prospective client is trying to solve
• Asking useful questions
• Identifying whether there is a real fit
• Explaining relevant solutions
• Handling concerns professionally
• Following up when appropriate
• Keeping the pipeline organized

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development
• Comfortable speaking with prospects remotely, using Zoom and phone
• Ability to follow an established process without sounding robotic
• Strong communication, accountability, coachability, work ethic, competitiveness, and performance-focused mindset
• Ability to stay productive while working remotely
• Responsibility for follow-up and pipeline management
• Willingness to improve through coaching, repetition, and feedback
• Prior remote sales experience is useful, but not the only factor considered

Requirements

• Lead sales conversations through Zoom and phone
• Qualify opportunities based on need, fit, and readiness
• Explain appropriate solutions clearly to qualified prospects
• Respond to objections and questions in a professional way
• Follow up with active opportunities when the conversation requires it
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline information, and communication history
• Work within established sales frameworks rather than improvising an entirely new process
• Contribute to individual and team performance objectives
• Manage your communication and pipeline activity with consistency
