[Hiring] Sales Administrator @ScalableOS

Role Description

The Sales Administrator role has 50% of the typical responsibilities of a sales admin assistant and the other 50% includes client interaction (follow-up, proposals, cases, etc.).

The position includes full responsibility for:

• Proposals
• Account reviews
• Presentations
• Sales initiatives
• Report submissions
• Calendar management
• Projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
• Highly organized – able to manage proposals, presentations, reporting and executive-support activities effectively.
• Proactive – takes initiative and follows through without requiring constant direction.
• Strong sense of urgency – responsive and able to handle priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills – comfortable creating presentations, manipulating data, and using tools such as PivotTables.

Requirements

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule (US time zone).
