[Hiring] Sales Administrator @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations team. This role is responsible for following up on existing leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments, organizing documentation, and providing general administrative support to ensure the business operates efficiently.

• Follow up with older sales leads (outside the most recent three months) via phone and email.
• Use approved scripts and communication processes when contacting leads.
• Record detailed notes of all conversations and update lead statuses.
• Identify interested prospects and nurture opportunities where appropriate.
• Update and maintain Monday.com with accurate lead information.
• Ensure CRM records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Upload contracts, photos, PDFs, and supporting documentation.
• Move leads through the sales pipeline according to company processes.
• Organize and maintain OneDrive, Google Drive, and client folders.
• Ensure files are stored in the correct locations and appropriately labelled.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-navigate filing system.
• Manage document version control where required.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate suitable meeting times.
• Confirm appointments with management before booking.
• Schedule confirmed meetings in the company calendar.
• Maintain accurate calendar records and assist with scheduling changes.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Office Administration role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
