Role Description

Responsible for developing assigned dealer accounts by promoting Portfolio products, while maintaining the company’s philosophies and principles. Work with our entire Portfolio staff to ensure the success of assigned accounts with professionalism and enthusiasm and being the go-to person for all concerns, issues, and direction for everything pertaining to assigned accounts.

Essential Functions:

• Be the Portfolio product knowledge and technology expert in ALL environments.
• Work with management and Client Relations team to develop processes for current accounts’ growth and success.
• Take immediate action to the needs of clients.
• Work with others to resolve issues with current clients.
• General management of current assigned agencies.
• Proper delegation of work through CRMs and RAM’s.
• Accountable for meeting Portfolio’s annual production forecast.
• Prepare Retro/Reinsurance and custom dealer presentations.
• Conduct Retro/Reinsurance reviews for ALL assigned agency business.
• Manage assigned agencies' Dealer’s remittance trends.
• Manage assigned agencies' attrition for current dealers.
• Accountable for keeping expenses within established guidelines.
• Live by the Portfolio Standards.
• Work with the Accounting department on all accounting issues related to assigned agencies.
• Work with the Claims department on claim issues related to assigned agencies.
• Strive to enforce and live the Portfolio Philosophy each and every day.
• Take ownership of changes and manage change in an upbeat positive manner.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and internal software systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Problem resolution experience.
• Strong sales aptitude.
• 5+ years’ experience in an automotive sales related environment.
