[Hiring] Sales @Choate Agency

Role Description

If you spend your days behind the wheel, in airports, in hotel rooms, or between appointments — you already have something most people don't: real windows of dead time and the discipline to work without anyone watching you. Most people waste those hours. Top performers monetize them.

The Choate Agency is hiring part-time and full-time sales professionals who can run an entire business from a phone — no office, no commute, no fixed schedule. If you can talk to people and follow a system, your drive time and downtime can become the most profitable hours of your week.

Why This Works for People on the Move

• Runs Entirely from Your Phone: If you have signal, you have a business.
• Zero Fixed Schedule: Work the hours that fit around your route, your territory, or your travel days.
• Warm Leads Only — No Cold Calling: Call families who already requested information about life insurance.
• High Commissions, Paid Fast:
  • $500–$1,500+ per sale
  • Paid same-day or next-day roughly 85% of the time
  • Weekly pay, incentives, and 10+ bonuses
  • No income cap
• Income That Keeps Paying: Life insurance policies renew annually.
• A Proven System: Step-by-step scripts, a mobile-friendly CRM, on-demand training, and live coaching.
• Real Benefits — Even Part-Time: Health, dental, and vision insurance available.
• Optional Team Building: Grow a small team and earn override income on their production.

A Note on Safety

This business is worked when you're parked — not while you're driving. Sales calls, applications, and training all happen safely stopped. Never work leads behind the wheel.

Apply

No cover letter. Just answer one question: "How many hours a week do you realistically have between stops, on layovers, or at the end of your day — and what would you want those hours to earn you?" Strong applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a 20-minute call. We'll work around your schedule.
