[Hiring] RVP, Health Systems Sales @Hinge Health

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Commercial Sales Team as an individual contributor selling into health systems within a defined territory. This territory consists of Healthcare provider organizations in the northeastern US, to include hospitals, health systems, senior care, home healthcare, medical group practices and similar provider organizations. You must reside in this territory to be considered. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Hinge Health’s growth and product. You’ll be involved in every aspect of our commercial process:

• Sourcing & developing leads
• Driving customers to close
• Managing relationships with our health systems customers

You'll have visibility into the entire company, work side-by-side with our co-founders and product team, and lead commercial strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years work experience
• Background in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle
• Solid understanding of US health systems
• History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
• Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits sales, working with employee benefits consulting firms, or related technologies
• Experience selling clinically oriented solutions to healthcare providers
• Experience with digital health solutions for the employer or provider markets
• Experience in a startup environment selling new-to-market products or growing new market segments
