Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking sectors addressing merchant acquisition challenges
• Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems preferred for facilitating merchant transactions
• Proven expertise in local market merchant acquisition to drive regional growth
• Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits to strengthen merchant relationships
• Strong merchant network and database to enhance acquisition efforts
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Hardworking attitude and high dedication for achieving company goals
